For individual reservations we will charge an additional 70% of the quoted rate for the entire stay for any cancellations within 7 days of arrival. Group bookings are defined as five or more rooms.

For group bookings, we will charge 70% of the total of the rooms cancelled within 14 days of arrival. Any deposits relating to any group rooms cancelled will be non-refundable nor transferrable to another room in the group.

No refunds will be given for failing to take up any component included in the price of your holiday, including meals.
